These rules apply to the relations between NitroPack Ltd. and the participants of the NitroPack Giveaway at WordCamp Europe 2024 (June 13-15, 2024).
1. Sponsor
1.1. The sponsor of the Giveaway is NitroPack Inc., located at 68 SE 6th St, Miami, FL 33131(“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility for Entering the Giveaway
2.1. The Giveaway is open to attendees of the WordCamp Europe 2024 Conference in Torino, Italy, who are at the age of eighteen (18) and older. Employees of the Sponsor, its agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2.2. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as established by the Sponsor. The terms and conditions may be amended by the Sponsor after the commencement of the Giveaway in the Sponsor’s sole discretion and without notice.
3. Giveaway Details
3.1. The Giveaway entails the gathering of contact information from the Participant. This information will be used to generate a winner and for subsequent marketing purposes.
3.2. The NitroPack Giveaway will be open from June 14, 2024, until June 15, 2024. (“Promotional Period”).
3.3. To enter the Giveaway, the Participant needs to fill out an online form during the WordCamp 2024 Conference in Torino, Italy. Participation in the giveaway will secure the entrants a chance to win the following prize:
2x guided tour tickets to Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile.
3.4. The Participant acknowledges that the Sponsor needs to gather and process the following personal data in order for the Participant to take part in the Giveaway: name, email address and telephone number. The personal data will only be processed for the purposes of carrying out the Giveaway, participating in the draw of a prize and marketing purposes.
3.5. The personal data you provide to NitroPack will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here. The Participant can terminate this Agreement at any time by sending an email notice to [email protected] containing a request to terminate this Agreement.
4. Prizes and Selection of Winner
4.1. The prizes for the Giveaway are sponsored by NitroPack:
2x guided tour tickets to Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile.
4.2. The winner will be selected at random using a raffle winner generator at 4:00 PM at the NitroPack booth at WordCamp Europe 2024.
4.3. The prize will be awarded to the winner at the NitroPack booth at WordCamp Europe 2024.
4.4. All participants are required to be present at the NitroPack booth at WordCamp Europe 2024 at 4:00 PM for the drawing of the winner. In the event that the winner isn’t present, said winner forfeits their prize and another will be selected.
