EWWW Image Optimizer and NitroPack are compatible. You just need to:
- Turn off Easy IO if you're using it;
- Disable the lazy load and WebP conversion options from the plugin's settings.
Check out the video, or follow along with the steps below to see how you can do that.
1. Open the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin in your WordPress admin panel.
2. Make sure that:
- Easy IO isn't enabled;
- The "Lazy Load" and "WebP Conversion" options are both turned off.
3. Save your settings.
And that's all there is to it!
Is it necessary to add an image optimization plugin? I thought nitropack comes with all the image optimizations that one would need?
Adding another image optimization plugin is not necessary since NitroPack comes with image optimization features out of the box. This article is for users who already have another plugin and would like to integrate it with our service.
