Updated over a week ago

NitroPack’s app is the centralized hub for managing all your subscriptions and website slots.

You can easily upgrade a single website or an entire subscription from the Billing menu.

Read on to learn how to do it.

How to upgrade a single website (for Stripe accounts)

First, go to Billing and scroll down to the Subscriptions widget:

Then, depending on the website you want to upgrade and its current subscription, you need to click on the “Manage” menu:

Let’s say that you want to upgrade one of your sites on Growth to Scale.

Click on “Manage” and select “View websites”:

Next, click on “Upgrade” next to the website you want to upgrade:

A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the action by clicking “Pay”:

You’ve successfully upgraded your website:

Important: The “Due today” amount depends on your next billing date. For instance, if your billing date is on the 1st of every month, and you’re upgrading to a $30 subscription on the 15th, your “Due today” amount will be $15.

What will happen with the amount I already paid for my previous subscription?

Simply put, the remaining amount paid for the subscription you’re upgrading from will be added as Available credit to your account:

Note: Your Available credit will be used for future recurring payments or purchasing new subscriptions.

So, let’s say you have a website on Business ($21 monthly) and your billing date is on the 1st of every month.

If you decide to upgrade the website on the 15th, you will get a credit of $10.5 that will be used for recurring payments or purchasing new subscriptions.

How to upgrade an entire subscription with all website slots included (for Stripe accounts)

Then, from “Manage” select “Upgrade”:
