These rules apply to the relations between NitroPack Ltd. and the participants of the NitroPack Photo Contest at WordCamp Europe 2022.
Sponsor
1.1. The sponsor of the contest is NitroPack Ltd., located at 3 Prof. Georgi Bradistilov, entr. A, 3rd floor, Sofia, Bulgaria (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility for Entering the Photo Contest
2.1. The photo contest is open to the attendees of the WordCamp Europe 2022 Conference in Porto, Portugal, who are the age of eighteen (18) and older. Employees of the Sponsor, its agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Contest.
2.2. By participating in the Photo Contest, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as established by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may amend the terms and conditions after the commencement of the Photo Contest, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and without notice.
Duration of the Photo Contest and How to Enter
3.1. The NitroPack Photo Contest starts on June 03, 2022, and ends on June 04, 2022. (“Promotional Period”).
3.2. To enter the Photo Contest, the participants need to take a photo with the NitroPack branded selfie frame at WordCamp 2022 Conference in Porto, Portugal, and share the image on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram with the official campaign hashtag #NitroPack. Alternatively, a NitroPack team member can share the photo on the official NitroPack LinkedIn page with a tag to the profile of the contestant.
3.3. The entries (photos) must be original. Copy of other entries, or the intellectual property of anyone other than the Participant, may be removed by the Sponsor, and the Participant may be disqualified.
Prize and Selection of Winner
4.1. The Photo Contest prize is an Instax Link Smartphone Printer.
4.2. The winner will be selected randomly using a raffle winner generator on June 4, 2022. The winner will be announced and awarded at 4 PM at NitroPack’s booth at WordCamp Europe 2022.
