The NitroPack Affiliate Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions apply to the relations between NitroPack LLC and its affiliates. Participating in the NitroPack Affiliate Promotional Campaign (the Promotional Campaign) allows you to promote NitroPack's services for the opportunity to receive 100% of the first month’s revenue for each new referred paid user between February 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023.
1. Eligibility for Entering the Affiliate Promotional Campaign
1.1. In order to participate in the Promotional Campaign, you need to be an affiliate partner prior to the announcement of the initiative.
1.2. By participating in the Promotional Campaign, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as established by NitroPack. The terms and conditions may be amended at NitroPack’s sole discretion and without notice.
2. Duration of the Promotional Campaign and Awarding of Prizes
2.1. The NitroPack Affiliate Promotional Campaign starts on February 1, 2023 and ends on April 30, 2023.
2.2. The prize winners will be announced on June 1, 2023 and the prizes will be awarded to each affiliate partner who meets the necessary criteria by June 15, 2023.
2.3. The prizes will be awarded as a one-off payment via PayPal or bank transfer - based on the partner’s preference. Partners also have the option of submitting an invoice for accounting purposes.
3. Requirements to Qualify for a Bonus and Number of Winners
3.1. An affiliate partner must onboard a minimum of one new user on a paid subscription to receive a prize.
3.2. The affiliate partner will receive a prize of $21 for any new users who sign up for the NitroPack Business plan, $51 for users on the Growth plan and $176 for users on the Scale plan.
3.3. There is no set number of winners - any affiliate partner who meets the criteria will win the respective prize. This applies to new referrals only made between the period Feb 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023.
3.4. What constitutes a valid sale is every new account that is referred through a partner’s unique affiliate link. No sale that took place without the use of the affiliate partner’s link will count as part of their Promotional Campaign entry.
3.5. Each new user referred by an affiliate partner needs to have used the services of NitroPack for at least one full month to qualify as part of the affiliate partner’s Promotional Campaign entry.
3.6. NitroPack will award prizes for up to 1000 referred new onboarded users.
4. Responsibility for the Factual Correctness of Your Content
4.1. NitroPack’s affiliate partners are responsible for ensuring and maintaining the quality and integrity of the content and overall means they use when promoting NitroPack’s services with the purpose of referring users.
4.2. Affiliate partners who distribute content containing misleading information with the purpose of referring additional users will be penalized and the respective referrals will NOT count as part of their Promotional Campaign entry.
