Reseller Agreement: This is a partnership model designed for partners eager to manage billing and Level 1 (L1) support for their end customers. Under this agreement, NitroPack offers substantially discounted rates to partners. The partners, in turn, bill the end customers with a margin added to cover their costs and profits. Notably, under this agreement, the end customers don't communicate with us directly. This model is particularly successful with hosting companies, digital agencies, support companies, and more. We often refer to these subscriptions as 'agency plans'.
Affiliate Agreement: Ideal for those who don't want to manage billing and L1 support for their customers, such as affiliate marketers, influencers, freelancers, and agencies. With this agreement, NitroPack handles direct billing and communication with end customers. The exciting part? Your customers will receive a 5% discount through your affiliate partnership, and you’ll earn a 20% commission on every sale made through your unique affiliate link, recurring for up to 18 months. It's important to note that affiliate commissions are not applicable for sites within your own subscription. If you opt for an agency plan under the Reseller Agreement, you can add a profit margin and sell NitroPack to your clients directly.
But there's more! You can still earn commissions on sales made through your affiliate link for sites that are not included in your agency account. In essence, it's entirely feasible to wear both hats – a reseller and an affiliate for NitroPack.
