Overdue Payments

If there’s a problem with your payment method (lack of funds, blocked debit/credit card, etc.) your monthly payment will be overdue.

When that happens, a dashboard notification will appear:

Don't worry, NitroPack is still active, but you’ll need to update your method of payment.

Here's how you can do it:

Stripe Users

Click the "Update card details" button, and a pop-up will appear.


Then, enter your new card information and click "Save."


Once the card is added successfully, Stripe will automatically try to recharge you. If everything is set correctly, the notification should disappear, and the payment will be processed successfully.

FastSpring Users

After clicking the "Update card details" button, you will be redirected to FastSpring.

From there, look for the subscription whose last charge is tagged with "Failed." Click Manage >> Update Payment Method:

A pop-up window will appear. Click on "Add Payment Method" and enter your new card details:

Once the new payment method is added, click “Use this." Then, FastSpring will try to recharge you.

If you've done everything right, the notification will disappear and you're subscription will be reactivated.
