One of NitroPack’s core features is serving all your website’s static resources through a Content Delivery Network (CDN).
Therefore, you don’t need to use a dedicated CDN service to provide your visitors with top-notch performance.
However, we know that some of our users still prefer to use a separate CDN provider.
In this article, we listed CDN providers that are fully compatible with NitroPack. You’ll also learn how to configure both services (if required).
NitroPack uses Cloudflare as its main CDN provider. As such, we have a dedicated Cloudflare integration to ensure that NitroPack and Cloudflare are synced.
The section for the integration details can be located in the NitroPack dashboard > Settings tab > Integrations.
All the necessary details for completing the integration can be located in our article:
The process is fairly simple and will take only a few minutes to complete.
As a former CDN provider for NitroPack, our service is entirely compatible with Bunny CDN. Also, no additional configuration steps are required.
NitroPack already provides these features as well as additional optimization techniques such as minification, file combination, and intelligent resource-loading strategies.
As such, there is no need to use Rocket CDN, as overlapping features may cause instabilities with one or both services.
Stackpath, formerly known as MaxCDN, is fully compatible with NitroPack, and both services can be used simultaneously. There is no need for any additional configuration.
There's no need to use KeyCDN in addition to NitroPack, as their overlapping features may cause instabilities with one or both services.
Kinsta’s CDN uses the Cloudflare infrastructure. NitroPack is fully compatible with it, and there is no need for any additional configuration.
When using Optimole, there is an additional step required to ensure that the service does not overlap with NitroPack. Make sure that the Optimole Lazy loader is disabled, as NitroPack already lazy loads images.
The exact steps for disabling the feature can be located here.
If you are using the managed WordPress hosting plan with GoDaddy, it already comes with a CDN service.
NitroPack is compatible with the GoDaddy CDN, and there is no need for additional configuration.
When using a hosting plan from SiteGround, you will have access to their CDN service.
NitroPack is fully compatible with the SiteGround CDN, and there is no need for additional configurations.
However, please bear in mind that the plan comes with the SiteGround Optimizer, which should be disabled due to overlapping features with NitroPack.
This can be done via the wp-admin dashboard of your website > Plugins > Installed Plugins > find SG Optimizer > Deactivate.
Incompatible with NitroPack
We have determined that only the Amazon Cloudfront service is incompatible with NitroPack, as it overlaps with many of our features. This causes instability in one or both services, which is why we recommend having only NitroPack enabled.
In general, you don't need to use a dedicated CDN service, as NitroPack will handle the content delivery entirely.
