To gain full access to all NitroPack services, you need to verify your email address:
Having an unverified email restricts your access to your billing information:
Furthermore, you can’t contact our support team or access our Knowledge base straight from your NitroPack app.
How to verify your email
To verify your email, log into your NitroPack app.
Then, click “Verify email” from the yellow notification:
A pop-up will appear, notifying you that our system has sent a confirmation code to your email:
Enter the confirmation code and click “Verify.”
A success message will appear at the bottom of your screen:
Note: Trying to access your billing information or contacting our support team via the NitroPack app with an unverified email will trigger the verification pop-up, and our system will send you a confirmation code.
If, for some reason, you don’t receive an email with your confirmation code, you can contact our Support team using the chat bubble on the bottom right of this page.
