Some hosting providers, such as HostGator or Bluehost, might automatically install a must-use plugin that enables the Endurance Page Cache.
Essentially, it is a page caching plugin with several different levels of caching:
Level 1 - Only cache JavaScript, stylesheets and images;
Level 2 - HTML caching along with Level 1 caching;
Level 3 - Both Level 1 and 2, along with database caching.
However, we recommend disabling the Endurance Cache as NitroPack already has a powerful page caching feature.
You can do this from WordPress > Settings > General and set the level to zero in the Cache Level dropdown, just as shown below:
